To reserve a puppy, we require a deposit. The deposit secures your spot in line for selecting a puppy and ensures that the puppy will be held for you. The amount of the deposit varies, so please inquire about the specifics during your initial consultation.

Once the deposit is received, you will be added to our list of prospective buyers. We will keep you updated on the puppy’s progress as they grow.

After contacting us, we will guide you through the process of selecting the right puppy. Depending on availability, we may have litters ready for adoption, or we may have upcoming litters you can reserve a spot for. We will provide photos, videos, and regular updates so you can get to know the puppies as they grow.

Once the puppies are old enough (usually around 8 weeks old), you will have the opportunity to meet the puppies in person and make your final selection. If you’re not local to Georgia, we can also arrange virtual meetings.

When the puppies are ready to go home (typically at 8 weeks old), we will contact you to arrange for final payment. The remaining balance is due at this time. We accept payment through various methods, including cash, bank transfer, or other approved options.

Once the adoption is confirmed, we encourage you to prepare your home for your new puppy. Here are some things to get ready:

• Crate: Make sure you have a crate that is comfortable for your new puppy.
• Food & Water Bowls: Use high-quality bowls for feeding and hydration.
• Puppy Food: We provide a starter bag of food, but it’s important to have enough food for the transition period.
• Bedding: Set up a cozy bed where your puppy can rest.
• Toys & Chews: Stock up on safe toys and chews to keep your puppy entertained.
• Training & Care: Be ready to start basic training, including housebreaking and crate training.

We will provide you with a detailed puppy care guide to help you get started with training and caring for your new family member.

When it’s time for your puppy to go home, we will ensure that they are healthy, happy, and ready for their new life with you. Our puppies come with the following:

• Health record and vaccination history
• Microchip information
• A bag of food they’ve been eating
• A health guarantee
